Through NO CEILINGS, our community has moved with intent, supporting our young people with the substantial financial support required to affect positive change from an entrenched system.
In 2023, we surpassed our three-year, $75 million goal by raising more than $100 million with our incredible community of contributors; the impact is felt today and will reverberate tomorrow.

In 2023, of our 3,685 high school and post-secondary Summer Searchers:
96% are BIPOC;
90% entered our program qualifying for Free or Reduced Lunch ($29K median income);
86% are or will be First Generation college students.
